Congressional Negotiations on Debt Ceiling
As Congress continues to debate how to proceed on the issue of raising the nation's debt ceiling, the purported August 2nd deadline is drawing ever closer. While we do not know how or when this situation will be resolved, if there are significant market movements either up or down we will proactively rebalance client accounts consistent with their Investment Policy Statement and look for opportunities to harvest tax losses.
