Susan has over 20 years of experience in the retirement industry with First Mercantile Trust in Memphis, TN. She started her career as an administrator focusing on compliance and plan design. Through the years she migrated to relationship management, sales and most recently served as Vice-President of Business Development. Susan is passionate about helping plan sponsors offer retirement solutions designed to help participants prepare for a successful retirement.

Susan recently relocated to Kirkwood and is looking forward to getting involved in the community. She has two children in college. Daniel attends the University of Tennessee Knoxville and Chelsea is a student at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga. Susan enjoys traveling, music and exploring new restaurants with friends and family.
