Gretchen joined Plancorp in 2022 with many years of experience in financial services, from working in a Clayton-based consulting firm, ACG, which focused on institutional clients, to working at Wells Fargo Advisors for ten years in roles that entailed performance and, subsequently, loan data analysis, as well as risk-mitigation initiatives, all of which involved analytical strengths and an ability to build strong relationships with clients outside and throughout an organization.

After graduating from St. Louis University with a degree in math, she lived for a few years in Strasbourg, France, where she enjoyed exploring the Alsace region and venturing into the Black Forest and Vosges Mountains for day hikes.

She immensely enjoyed working with the amusing and challenging dogs during the ten years that she volunteered at Stray Rescue of St. Louis. She has spent most of her life in the St. Louis area and enjoys walking her dogs, gardening (attempts at) and attending to her cat, as well as taking hikes in the myriad trails in St. Charles County and the surrounding region.
