As our founder, Jeff Buckner, put it: “We were acting as fiduciaries before we knew what it legally meant.” Jeff founded the firm based on values he learned from his father and grandfather, and that adherence to integrity and morals has driven the development of Plancorp’s culture as it stands today. We believe in putting our clients’ needs first and keeping their best interests at heart—and we do our best to make sure our actions speak just as loudly as our words.

Our team-based approach benefits clients and employees alike, as it allows new team members to learn from seasoned wealth managers, while ensuring we have the right people at the table to meet each client’s specific needs. All employees are salaried with opportunity for bonuses, based on the success of the firm.

With the majority of our employee shareholders under the age of 50 (and many under 40), Plancorp is committed to giving our employees the opportunity to lead the way into our future.

If this sounds like a culture you’d like to be a part of, please take a look at the open opportunities below or send us your resume with a cover letter noting why you’d be a good fit.
