The Plancorp Headquarters is in St. Louis Missouri at 540 Maryville Center Drive, with regional offices in Sarasota, FL, Nashville, TN, and San Jose, CA.

With a recent office expansion and re-model, we doubled down on investing in a great space for clients and employees to support our future growth.

Our employees have busy lives outside of the office so we also offer flexible scheduling and hybrid work supported by a great technology stack that keeps our employees connected and informed with the tools they need to get the job done.

As our founder said, “we were acting as fiduciaries before we knew what it legally meant.” We carry that philosophy forward as we approach our fourth decade in business always putting our client's best interests first. In an effort to focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in our workplace, we’ve worked with auditing partners to improve our approach and better understand the needs of our team. We’ve implemented regular educational opportunities internally that spread awareness and encourage understanding of different cultures or experiences and employees are encouraged through an open communication policy to make suggestions and give feedback on improving our workplace on any front, including DEI. 

Outside the walls of Plancorp, we fully understand the financial industry as a whole has struggled with diversity.  While sweeping changes take time, we’ve invested in the growth of under-represented communities within our industry through donations to the CFP Board LeCount Davis Endowment, which covers exam expenses for diverse individuals seeking certification. 

Under-represented voices matter at Plancorp, and through company initiatives like InspireHer & our Diversity in Financial Planning internship, we aim to highlight, give voice to, and provide opportunities for those who may not always feel like they fit in to the financial services industry. We continue to emphasize diversity as a factor as we grow our team, vendors and strategic partners.
