Alex Terrell

Alex joined Plancorp in May 2024 after a successful 10-year career in the brokerage industry, where he worked at renowned firms such as Wells Fargo, Edward Jones, and Scottrade. Throughout his time in the industry, Alex continues to be a lifelong learner and hones his expertise in leading, developing others, and strategic planning, which he now brings to Plancorp.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Alex is approaching his 15th year of service in the Army Reserves and is preparing to commission as an officer in May 2025. His military experience has instilled in him a disciplined, thoughtful, and analytical approach to leadership and development, both in the corporate world and in his role with the Army.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys a balanced lifestyle, finding relaxation with his four dogs, immersing himself in books, and discovering new podcasts. He is also an avid volleyball player and a passionate fan of St. Louis City’s MLS team, regularly attending games. Alex remains committed to giving back to his community by mentoring younger soldiers in the Army Reserves, sharing his experience and leadership to help guide the next generation.
