Qualifying for Barron’s Top 100 RIA List is a rigorous process resulting in a curated list of the most experienced and sophisticated advisors and firms in the industry. After prequalifying, firms must complete lengthy surveys addressing their business practices.
Barron’s then applies their ranking formula to generate list positions. They rank firms based on three major categories: assets under management, revenue, and quality of practice.
Other metrics included in the calculations are based on growth, technology spending, and succession planning, among others.
