About Me

With nearly 15 years of experience in operations, administrative leadership, and client service, Lilly brings a thoughtful and structured approach to her work. She is known for stepping into complex environments and creating systems that bring order, efficiency, and stability - whether that means improving processes, supporting cross-functional teams, or helping navigate periods of change.

Before joining Plancorp, Lilly held leadership roles in the funeral service, nonprofit, and behavioral health industries, where she oversaw multi-site operations and supported teams serving diverse and often economically and mentally vulnerable populations. That experience shaped her ability to communicate clearly, stay grounded under pressure, maintain compassion and empathy, and build trust in high-stakes situations - skills she carries into her work today. Lilly is passionate about continuous improvement, both personally and within the organizations she supports, and takes pride in being a steady, reliable partner to leadership and her team.

Outside of work, she enjoys continuing to engage with the Saint Louis classical music community by performing with two local choral groups. She is also actively involved in addiction recovery work through SMART Recovery, where she founded and leads two weekly recovery support meetings that have served hundreds of individuals over the years. And when she's not busy doing those things, she stays grounded by spending time with her family, friends, husband, and many pets.
