About Me

After graduating from SIUE with a degree in Business and Economics, Ben started his career in the financial industry with Edward Jones. Soon after, he decided to go back to school to earn an MBA and then joined a local boutique investment firm. Even though Ben enjoyed my time in the financial industry, after a fewof years he felt a greater need to serve and joined the Army Reserves as a Psychological Operations Specialist.

For the next six years, Ben did contract work for Wells Fargo while not training or on a years-long deployment in Afghanistan. Once back, Ben joined another small investment firm where his career as a trader started. Over the next decade, he spent time on the trading desk for two different local investment firms before joining Plancorp early in 2024.

Outside of work, Ben keeps busy alongside his wife of almost 10 years by raising their 2 young boys. When not attending a practice or game for one of the boys, Ben enjoys catching Cardinals and Blues games, entertaining friends/family with his cooking and mixology skills, and travelling when possible.
