Chief Compliance Officer

Biography

Also the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer for our sister company, BrightPlan, Sayed brings more than 25 years of legal and business experience to his role as Plancorp’s Chief Compliance Officer. Most recently, Sayed was the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Polycom, Inc., where he helped guide the company through its sale to private equity firm Siris Capital Group.

In his dual role, Sayed supports both the Plancorp and BrightPlan teams in all things compliance. From leading enterprise compliance initiatives to designing and implementing policies and procedures, Sayed helps us stay within regulations and retain our culture of Compliance. He joined both firms in 2017.

When not at work, Sayed enjoys running, traveling and spending time with his family (including their black lab, Ellie). Although an aficionado of music, he doesn’t currently play an instrument, and hopes to one day learn to play the piano.
