About Plancorp

Friends of Plancorp:

Thank you for your support over the last two months. We miss seeing you in person, but we are grateful to be able to continue working with you remotely. Your flexibility and understanding have helped us maintain our high standards of service and security.

In March, our Plancorp leadership formed a response team that has met regularly during this evolving challenge. This team has helped to make working from home go smoothly while also thinking ahead about the preparations we’ll need to eventually return to the office. We are continuing to monitor the Federal, state and local guidance being released for reopening businesses. Our top priority remains determining how to protect our clients and employees as we consider the right timing and approach. Given the information that is available to us now, here is what we want you to know.

  • CONTINUED WORK-FROM-HOME APPROACH TO DAILY WORK:  Out of an abundance of caution and out of respect for the amplified messages about the need for social distancing, in March, our entire firm thoughtfully migrated to a firm wide work-from-home approach.

Our operational processes and technology have made it possible to continue to adhere to all security measures and provide excellent client service for which we are known. All of our team members are fully and capably working from home. Please don’t feel that you need to wait to reach out to us. We can take care of all your requests as we normally would.

At this point in time, we do not have a date by which we are planning to return to regular in-office operations. Plancorp leadership will monitor the situation on a continual basis and communicate timing plans as more information is known. This is in no small part informed by State guidelines which strongly encourage companies to “telework whenever possible”.

  • CONTINUED WORK TRAVEL RESTRICTION:  We have not lifted our work-travel restriction. All work-related travel plans, including client meetings and conferences, are still canceled for the foreseeable future.

  • IN-PERSON MEETINGS WITH CLIENTS AND EXTERNAL PARTIES: When we do reopen the office, we will adhere to all guidelines regarding temperature screening, masks, disinfection and social distancing. These guidelines apply to all employees and visitors. In the early stage of reopening, only one meeting at a time will be allowed, and buffer time for disinfection procedures will be accounted for, making availability of in-person meetings very limited. However, we can continue to schedule virtual meetings at your convenience.

As always, we are committed to transparent communication with you. We also encourage you to seek updates from the following sources:

Many thanks,
